James is a partner in our Banking and Financial Services, and Consumer Innovation and Growth Practices. He advises senior executives on how to grow their businesses, build effective workforces, and adapt to changing customer needs, technology, and regulations.
He has led large-scale transformation efforts at firms across North America and Europe, with a primary focus on the financial services sector. James advised European authorities on banking sector restructuring during the Eurozone debt crisis, helped US banks adapt to new regulatory standards, and guided bank leaders on ways to unlock growth. He currently helps financial institutions apply artificial intelligence and other techniques to meet evolving customer needs.

James holds a BA in economics and mathematics from Yale University. He is a native English and French speaker with extensive experience working in both languages. He has lived in France, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Outside of work, he enjoys running, reading, and spending time with his wife and daughter at
playgrounds, zoos, and gardens.
