Matthew has served as a chief financial officer since 2006. He oversees operational finance, financial planning and analysis, and acts as a coordinating point for business strategy and corporate development as they relate to the firm’s operations and financial performance.

He is also a member of Marsh Management Consulting’s Committee and the Oliver Wyman Executive Committee.

From 2005 to 2006, Matthew served as head of finance and operations for our Financial Services Practice, where he was responsible for all financial and internal infrastructure functions. Before moving into executive management, he spent 15 years consulting for Oliver Wyman, advising major insurance companies, regional banks and asset managers across North America. He has extensive experience working with clients in the United States, Canada and Europe.

Matthew graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
