Lara is a director in our Digital Practice, based in the Doha office.
She brings nearly 20 years of expertise in user experience (UX), user interface (UI), customer experience (CX), and digital strategy design and implementation, helping organizations reimagine how they design, build, and scale digital solutions that deliver measurable impact.
Lara has led major innovation and transformation programs across the GCC, from national initiatives supporting startup growth and employment to large‑scale digital and AI‑enabled platforms. Her experience spans fintech, telecommunications, oil and gas, edtech, and government, where she has guided the design and delivery of digital ecosystems that seamlessly integrate strategy, design, and technology.
Since joining Oliver Wyman, I’ve had the privilege of working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and expertise. Together, we help our clients drive meaningful change, creating impact that extends beyond organizations to shape national digital transformation agendas
Beyond her client work, Lara teaches UX/UI strategy in the postgraduate online diploma program at the American University of Beirut. She is also an active member of TechWomen, an initiative of the US Department of State that connects and empowers women in STEM around the world, where she contributes to programs that help women and girls advance their careers in technology and entrepreneurship.
When she’s not working, she’s often planning her next adventure, acting, or honing her piano skills.
