With more than a decade of strategy consulting experience, he works closely with governments across Australia, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas to help them navigate complex challenges and improve organizational efficiency.
He specializes in capability development and investment, organizational effectiveness, operating model review and design, and corporate services reviews, often with a strong data and digital focus. His expertise supports public sector and national security clients in optimizing their operations and decision-making processes.

Lachlan holds a bachelor’s degree in applied economics and commerce from the University of Canberra.
When not working, he enjoys spending time with his growing family, refining his pizza dough recipe, hitting the ski slopes, and rowing on Canberra’s Lake Burley Griffin.
