Julia is a dedicated partner at Oliver Wyman, specializing in organizational performance especially in the context of deals — mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as carve outs.

She supports clients throughout the M&A lifecycle, from defining M&A strategy and identifying potential targets to conducting due diligence and ensuring seamless implementation. Julia's expertise encompasses key components of operating models such as governance, people, processes, organizational design, and change management.
