Imke is part of Oliver Wyman’s Consumer, Telco and Technology practice, based in Hong Kong.
She began her consulting career in the Netherlands before moving to China in 2010 to support the growth of the firm’s Shanghai office.
She advises retailers, consumer goods companies, and private equity clients across Greater China and Southeast Asia. Her work focuses on growth strategy and organizational effectiveness, helping companies build the capabilities and structures needed to support long-term growth.

Imke also supports private equity clients on transactions in the consumer sector and works with portfolio companies on strategic priorities after the deal.
She studied international business and law at Maastricht University in the Netherlands, including periods of study in Canada and China.
Outside of work, Imke enjoys exploring Hong Kong with her husband and four children, whether hiking in the mountains or discovering new beaches by paddleboard.
