His consulting focus ranges from strategy development to operational improvement and performance transformation programs. Holger Stamm has extensive expertise in the optimization of business and operating models, value sourcing and sustainable procurement, on topics such as green steel, as well as on ESG transformation issues. He has helped clients define climate and sustainability-related strategies, sustainable/circular business models, and sustainable sourcing strategies.

Holger Stamm studied physics at the Rheinisch-Westfälische Hochschule Aachen and has worked both in the process industry and in consulting. He is married and has one daughter.
He likes to spend his free time with his family and in nature, for example horseback riding, skiing or traveling in the mountains.
