Hansa is a principal in our Transport and Services practice, based in Sydney.
She brings more than a decade of experience in the airline industry, complemented by four years in management consulting. Trained as an aircraft powerplant engineer, Hansa pairs deep technical expertise with a data-driven approach to help clients solve complex operational and strategic challenges.
Hansa works with airlines and airports across Asia Pacific on maintenance and engineering transformation, business and growth strategy, airline partnerships, and operational performance improvement. She has also supported airport expansion through capacity, workforce, and operations planning. Combining strategic thinking with practical implementation, she helps clients improve reliability, customer experience, and commercial performance.
Asia Pacific will account for a growing share of the world's fleets over the next decade, but the region's maintenance capacity won't keep pace on its own. The interesting work is helping airlines and MRO providers build the capability to capture the growth
Hansa holds an MBA from the University of Auckland and previously worked at Air New Zealand. She is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Sydney, researching how operational technologies can enable airline sustainability.
Outside of work, Hansa is a keen hiker, traveler, and aerial yoga practitioner.
