Emily is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Finance, Risk and Restructuring practice, based in Chicago. She advises clients globally on enterprise transformations, transactions, and complex restructuring situations.
Her experience spans both distressed and healthy companies, with a focus on corporate restructurings, debt recapitalizations, operational turnarounds, and in-court and out-of-court financial restructurings across multiple industries.

Emily takes a holistic view of stakeholder interests in complex deal situations. Whether supporting a debt restructuring, a go-private transaction, or a public equity markets transaction, she focuses on identifying practical solutions that strengthen performance and create value. Her work spans the full value-creation journey, from identifying opportunities to execution.
Client service and complex problem-solving have been central to Emily’s career. She has been recognized by Consulting Magazine for Excellence in Client Service as part of its 35 Under 35 list, and by M&A adviser as an Emerging Leader on its 40 Under 40 list.
Emily holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in finance, with honors, from the University of Illinois.
