Chip is a partner and co-head of Oliver Wyman’s Global Education practice. With more than 30 years of advisory experience, he focuses exclusively on the education sector, advising senior executives, boards, and private equity investors on strategy, growth, and value creation.
He works across the education and education technology landscape, from early childhood and primary education through post-secondary education, apprenticeships, professional certification, corporate training, human capital management, and lifelong learning.

His work focuses on helping organizations create enterprise value through innovative growth strategies, customer experience design, digital transformation, pricing optimization, and sales channel development. He also has extensive mergers and acquisitions experience, including buy-side and sell-side transaction support for private equity investors.
Chip is a frequent panelist at education industry events, including BMO’s Back to School Conference and EdTech Europe.
He holds an MBA from Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business, an MS from the Thayer School of engineering at Dartmouth, and an AB, magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College.
