Céline is a principal in Oliver Wyman’s Zurich office and a member of the Financial Services Practice.
She works closely with universal, regional, and private banks, wealth and asset managers, and private equity clients to drive transformation and revenue growth strategies.
Her experience spans post-merger integrations, growth initiatives, cost optimization, and large-scale transformations that have delivered significant value for financial institutions and positioned them for long-term success. Clients value Céline for her deep understanding of financial systems, strong foundation in economics and finance, specialized expertise, and ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.

Céline holds a PhD in economics and finance from the University of St. Gallen and an MSc in financial engineering from the University of Lausanne. Passionate about languages, she speaks French, English, German, Spanish, and Arabic fluently and is always eager to learn more.
Outside of work, Céline enjoys spending time outdoors. On weekends, she can often be found hiking, climbing, skiing, or horseback riding.
