With more than 30 years of experience in the services industry and 25 years in consulting, Bruno specializes in developing value‑growth strategies and enhancing performance for his clients. His expertise includes designing and launching innovative service offerings, building world‑class commercial capabilities — including dynamic pricing — and leading large‑scale transformations across industries, particularly hospitality, leisure, and B2B services.

He is fluent in French and English and holds an MBA from HEC.
