Ashley is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Health and Life Sciences practice, based in San Francisco.
She advises payers, health systems, pharmaceutical companies, and retailers on developing partnerships that create value as the healthcare market evolves. Her work brings together organizations from across the healthcare ecosystem to identify opportunities for collaboration and develop new approaches to growth.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, Ashley worked in Mercer’s Strategy and Corporate Development group, where she supported global business strategy, new offer development, and merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities. Earlier in her career, she also worked at Booz & Company and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods.
Ashley holds a BS in business administration and a Bachelor of Arts in economics, with honors, and English literature from the University of California, Berkeley. While at Berkeley, she was a member of the university’s Pac-10 and NCAA championship-winning women’s rowing team.
