Andreas leads Oliver Wyman’s Health and Life Sciences practice in Europe and is a member of the firm’s global operations leadership team.
He brings 25 years of combined industry and strategy consulting experience. Before moving into consulting, Andreas held senior operations roles in Europe and the United States, with responsibility for manufacturing operations and supply chain management.
For the past 15 years, he has advised health and life sciences leaders around the world on strategy, performance transformation, post-merger integration, operational improvement, risk and resilience, and large-scale structural transformation.

Andreas has supported several industry-shaping corporate transformations and has held global responsibility for major merger integrations across the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. His work combines hands-on operational experience with strategic advisory expertise, helping clients translate complex transformation agendas into practical action.
He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and business administration, having studied at the University of Kaiserslautern in Germany, the University of Delaware in the United States, and the Kyoto Institute of Technology in Japan.
