Andrea is a partner in our Defense and Security Practice and leads our market across India, the Middle East, and Africa, helping governments build the institutions and capabilities needed to address increasingly complex security challenges.
His work spans national security, homeland security, defense, resilience, and government transformation. He advises clients on threat and risk assessments, strategy, crisis and emergency management, business continuity planning, and operating model design.
For more than 15 years, Andrea has worked alongside governments across the Middle East, combining strategic insight with a practical, implementation-focused approach.
Good advice isn't about telling clients what they want to hear. It's about helping them make the decisions that will deliver the right outcomes
Andrea is particularly drawn to situations where there is no established blueprint — whether creating new organizations, shaping national strategies, or helping institutions evolve to meet changing security priorities. Clients value his pragmatic advice, long-term commitment, and willingness to challenge assumptions in pursuit of better outcomes.
Originally from Rome, Andrea studied business and finance at LUISS University before earning an MBA from London Business School, including an exchange at NYU Stern School of Business. Shortly after relocating to the Middle East, a project introduced him to the defense and security sector. What began as a short assignment went on to define his consulting career.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys architecture, design, and travel, preferring to experience places rather than simply pass through them. He has also spent several years restoring a country house in the Italian countryside, tackling the project one stage at a time — a reflection of the patience and long-term perspective he brings to his work.
