Over the years, Kaustav has worked closely with boards, CEOs, governments, and regulators on policy, strategy, operating models, capital allocation, market reform, and large-scale transformation.

Kaustav is known for his ability to deliver practical and impactful outcomes while orchestrating complex stakeholder environments — especially where sustainability, supply reliability, affordability, energy security, and technology intersect.
He holds an executive MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a Bachelor of Technology in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Outside of work, Kaustav is a music lover who often curates audiophile-grade systems for friends and family, a keen wildlife photographer, and a long-distance motorcycle tourer across India and abroad.
