Bitan is a partner in our Transportation and Advanced Industrials and Performance Transformation Practices, based in the Gurugram office in India.

With more than two decades of industry and consulting experience, he has led large-scale transformation engagements that delivered significant value to clients across industrial goods sectors, including building materials, process industries such as steel, chemicals, and pulp and paper, off-highway equipment, electronics, energy equipment, and automotive suppliers. He has also reengineered production systems and transformed supply chains for leading companies in the industrial goods, consumer goods, and life sciences sectors, driving sustained improvements in cost, inventory, and service levels.

Bitan brings a distinctive blend of hands-on operational expertise, deep industry knowledge and proven transformation leadership. He is passionate about helping organizations unlock scale, strengthen competitiveness, and accelerate profitable growth.

Bitan holds a degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, where he graduated with distinction. Outside of work, he is an avid sports fan, and enjoys traveling with his wife and two children.
