Arran is a senior advisor to CEOs, Boards and executive teams globally and serves as managing partner and Head of Oliver Wyman's Banking and Financial Services practice in the Americas.
Over more than two decades at the firm, spanning leadership roles globally and across regions, Arran has worked with Banking and Financial Services leaders through the defining structural and strategic moments of their institutions: from strategy, M&A, and inorganic growth to succession and business transformation.
He leads the Global Client Office for the business, and is co-author of the Oliver Wyman Forum's annual CEO report with the New York Stock Exchange, working with and convening senior leaders on the questions that matter most to them. He also serves as Market Head for Oliver Wyman Canada.

A sports enthusiast, Arran is active across the sector as a fan, investor and participant — with football (soccer) and racquet sports, particularly tennis and padel, with an increasing focus and passion.
